This policy explains how Arc & Logic Solutions handles information for Bottomless: Lost Trunks and this support website. Contact games@arcandlogic.com with questions or privacy requests.

Game progress stays on your device

The game stores your chosen nickname, salvage balance, upgrades, outfits, discoveries, medals, records, settings and purchase entitlement locally. Run and reward identifiers prevent duplicate payouts. We do not operate a server that receives your nickname or gameplay progression, and the game has no account system or online ranking. Your operating system may include app data in its device backups.

Advertising

Mobile versions use Google AdMob and Google’s consent service for optional rewarded ads and standard run-end ads. Adventure attempts a run-end ad after three completed dives without an ad impression; Casual attempts one after each completed dive. The permanent Ad-Free purchase removes both formats. Depending on your location and choices, these services may process IP addresses and approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic information. Google uses this information to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. Ad requests may occur before a run ends or before you choose to watch an optional rewarded ad.

Where required, the game requests consent before advertising requests. Settings → Privacy → Ad privacy choices opens the provider’s available choices. You can also manage advertising controls in your device settings. Unavailable ads never prevent another dive. Declining an optional rewarded ad does not grant its bonus; standard run-end ads are separate. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses advertising information.

Store purchases

Apple and Google process payments through their stores. We do not receive your payment-card details. The app processes product identifiers, transaction or purchase identifiers and verified ownership information to grant purchases, restore ownership and prevent duplicate rewards. Confirmed ownership is cached locally for offline use. Store records are governed by the Apple and Google privacy policies.

Support and this website

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and attachments. We use them to investigate and answer your request. Avoid including sensitive personal information. Our email and hosting providers process information to deliver those services. Website hosting may process connection information such as your IP address and request logs for delivery and security. To understand whether a shared link is being used, this website counts page loads and attempted redirects and clicks to the App Store or Google Play by UTC day, page, device category and optional campaign tags in the link. It stores only aggregate counts, with no visitor ID, tracking cookies, full URL, IP address, user agent or referrer in the analytics database. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings disable these counts. A store departure is not a game installation; Apple and Google provide installation figures separately.

Retention and your choices

Local game data remains until deleted through your device or the app’s reset options. Removing the app or clearing its data may erase progression; store purchase records remain with the store. We keep support correspondence as needed to resolve the request and handle related disputes or legal obligations, then delete information no longer needed. You may ask us to access, correct or delete information you have sent to support. We may need to verify the request. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.

International processing and security

Service providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States and other locations in which they operate. We limit support information to what is needed for the request and rely on the providers’ security measures. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Younger players

Bottomless is intended for teens and adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request children’s personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

Changes

We will update this page when the game’s information practices change and revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated as required.
